Service Description
Note that the minimum cost of Kontrol Freak's company starts at $160 for an hour. The services of Kontrol Freak is evaluated according to her time and attendance. Customers also pay for any activities, entertainment, meals, and drinks consumed at the meeting, event , or venue. Its similar to a date night. If after the first hour you'd like to continue the session the rate change will be applied after the first hour with buffer time. Although Kontrol Freak will not always be available for extended time we leave an hour in between sessions. After an hour and 10 min the rate will be $185. The fee will be collected on the hour if client decides to extend. Late cancellation fee for this service is $100
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done at least 7 days in advance. If for any reason an emergent cancellation needs to be made we will reschedule. If for any reason the customer chooses to cancel the event or session there will be an $90 processing and cancellation fee. Delays in start time will incur an additional $100 fee. Cancellations of event within an hour of event or during event time will not be offered refunds or partial reimbursement. No exceptions.
